Growing up , Gail's mother and father wanted the best for her. Her father, the force of the Kasper household, had a voice and words that commanded good etiquette, hard work, fair business practices, and solid values. These lessons served as a foundation of tools that would complement Gail's business development expertise in the future. Today, Gail's words are revered by Top Business Leaders and Public Figures; her advice repeatedly falls on welcome ears.
A risk taker, at 19, Gail left her Philadelphia hometown and moved to Los Angeles, California, in the hopes of pursuing her show business dream. With no job, no car, no idea where she would live, and little money in her pocket, within a few weeks she landed an administrative job in a print shop for $5/hour. Always driven, she'd work overtime without pay to learn new skills.
Gail was lost and uncertain where she belonged. Five years later, frustrated by her haphazard attempts to pursue a television career, Gail moved back the East Coast and started working in the medical field, once again defaulting to administrative skills. To grow as a manager, Gail took leadership classes which led her to her second love - helping others achieve excellence in their lives. Gail soon left her $50,000/year job for a 100% commission sales and speaking position at one of the world's largest training organizations. While cold calling a company to pursue new business, she stumbled upon America's TVJobNetwork, a television show which helped the unemployed. Though they were not looking for a speaker, they were looking for a Host for their show. Gail could not help but ask about the hosting position. She was rejected based on her lack of experience, but that did not stop her. She sat on the producer's doorstep day after day, for three months, until she was hired. The job earned her a measly $300/month. But like so many pursuing a dream and building a new business, times were tough; on many occasions Gail would have to sleep in her car when driving to meet clients. She persevered.
Soon after, a breakthrough . A one-person sales coaching opportunity led to multiple full sales team training sessions at the world's largest security company ADT Security Services, Inc. Even though ADT had their own training university, General Managers requested Gail's Selling Success Proactive Sales Program. As clients grew, so did Gail's television portfolio, earning her regular appearances on morning shows up through New York and national media appearances on NBC, CBS, CW11, FOX Business News and Sirius XM. Gail also became a Contributing Editor to Success Magazine with the Ask Gail column and Host of the Ask Gail segment on the Comcast Morning Show. Gail pushed forward to write and create multiple scripted and unscripted opportunities and successfully sold and produced her original comedic late-night concept Raw Reality With Gail Kasper, became Ms. Continental 2008, and earned many professional and humanitarian awards. Today, she hosts The Philadelphia Visitors channel and their franchise stations found in the Delaware Valley area.
The payoff - After 10 years of writing, Gail simultaneously released two books - her self-help autobiography Another Day Without A Cage: My Breakthrough From Self-Imprisonment To Total Empowerment and the self-help parable Unstoppable: 6 Easy Steps To Achieve Your Goals. She earned rave reviews from Vince Papale, SVP of NBC Sports Princell Hair, former Editor of Shape Magazine Victoria LaTona, former NHL Coach Kevin Constantine, and Canadian Senator and former Stanley Cup Championship Coach Jacques Demers.
Today, Gail uses her brand and business development skills to further her television and film career, while helping others do the same. Her works as a life-business-fitness-nutrition coach, Top 1% Club Mentor, author, and creator of SAD-T™ (Systematic Attitude Development-Technique™) complement this vision. Gail continues to motivate and inspire audiences in the Entertainment, Corporate and Sports industries using her proprietary systems and a diversified selection of progressive keynote speeches and training programs.
